Plain English summary: FRIDAY is free to use, runs on your device, and doesn't collect your data. Don't use it to do illegal things. The AI may occasionally make mistakes — don't rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions without professional advice. That's basically it.
By downloading, installing, or using FRIDAY ("the app", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply to the iOS application and any associated website, documentation, or support channels we operate.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FRIDAY for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.

FRIDAY uses large language models (Llama 3.2 and optionally OpenAI/Anthropic models) to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
You should not rely on FRIDAY's responses as a substitute for professional advice. This includes but is not limited to:

FRIDAY optionally supports third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic). If you choose to use these integrations:
FRIDAY, including its name, logo, design, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
The Llama 3.2 model is subject to Meta's open-source license terms. Your use of FRIDAY does not grant you any rights to the underlying model weights beyond what is permitted by that license.
FRIDAY is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FRIDAY, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from FRIDAY shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (which is zero, as FRIDAY is free).
These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by deleting the app. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use FRIDAY ceases immediately. Since all your data is stored locally, no data deletion is required on our end — we have none of your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of FRIDAY after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
