Make sure you're on Wi-Fi and the app is in the foreground. The download can take 5–15 minutes depending on your connection. If it fails, tap Retry in the download screen.
Yes — completely. Once the model is downloaded, FRIDAY works in Airplane Mode. No internet required for any core functionality unless you enable a cloud provider.
Make sure you're pasting the full key including any prefix (e.g. "sk-..."). Check that your account has API access enabled and that your billing is set up on the provider's dashboard.
Yes. FRIDAY is free to download and use indefinitely. On-device AI has no cost. If you use a cloud provider, you pay that provider directly — we take nothing.
Your data is only on your device. To delete it, clear FRIDAY's data in iOS Settings → FRIDAY, or delete the app. We have no copy of anything.
